At Indy I think its pretty cool especially in a stick car!

As a past World Champion he doesn't need them.

That's how Jeggie and Jason Line were able to drive AH cars a few years ago at Indy.

It probably is an automatic. If one does not declare a class the system put one in A stock.

after running in the 4's at 300 mph id think he might go to sleep if he didnt have to shift the thing...
however its gonna be cool, and id bet many would like to have him 1st round :)

I woundn't count him out remember that man has forgot more about drag racing than most us will ever know. I have the utmost respect for those that had to innovate instead of buy.
Now we have to see if he will attend the SSSSA races? That would be "GREAT"

That seems kinda wierd (cool). I just saw one of his old front engine dragsters at a Summit retail store in GA last summer in my travels.
Would love to see a picture of his car. Oh, here it is.

I spoke with Don at the PRI in Orlando and invited him to run with us at the SSSSA races. He said he would be glad to. This would be great! Jim
