Thanksgiving

I just wanted to wish everyone on this site a great Thanksgiving. We may not always agree with each other but I think we all are here for the same reasons.....The love for the sport of Drag Racing. Try to keep all of our service men and women in your prayers and wish them a safe return and a speedy conclusion to the wars overseas.
Terry

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and talking about the troops, my son is going to bring home 4 of his fellow soldier friends home to our home for thanksgiving that would of been stuck in Fort Drum, NY for the weekend but my wife thought it would be better for them to have a place to come and get away from it all, so our house will be a little busy.

Happy Thanksgiving to all, here and overseas.
We still do have a lot to be thankful for.

Just remember................. by early next Spring any "extra" accumulated weight will need to be off of you or the car! :p

We're EXTREMELY fortunate to live in a country where it seems to some of us, that the most important adversaries we have to worry about are the 10 extra horsepower earned at the last mineshaft conditions race.

Give thanks!!!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! Don't forget about those folks that got us where we are today......Mon and dad.....The Armed Forces.....! Also those that are here protecting us daily, the Firefighters, EMTs, Police, Doctors, and Nurses. Some of these folks including my son (Professional Firefighter) will be working Thursday, and they are there to respond in your time of need! Of all these folks, the Firefighters eat the best on Thanksgiving. I know, I'm retired from the best job in the world!
Here's wishing you and your family the best holiday season! Wade Mahaffey

Wade I'm with you on the your thought's (and all of you, on our armed forces), plus those who care for us here at home (including my daughter who's a nurse, and my son who's going to have his hands full as a security guard on "Black Friday").

I give thanks for all of you...whether we've agreed on threads in this site or not (Yes that means you Ed Fernandez!!!).

My heart will go out mainly to our soldiers, who'll be enduring sleepless nights & days in harms way, to keep the problems of the middle-east there, and thus hopefully not allow anymore harm to come to us here...while wishing they too could be home with their families and other loved ones. "THANKS TO YOU IN THE "ARMY", "NAVY", "AIR FORCE", "MARINES", "COAST GUARD", & "NATIONAL GUARD" we will have the peaceful opportunity to break bread in peace and harmony here in the greatest nation on earth, "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA"!!!
GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!

Re: Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and their families. Let us be thankful the little things in life which we take for granted, the ability to hear, our vision, our health. and most of all the people we love.

Special thanks to our armed forces, police, firefighters, EMS and all public service people we take for granted every day.

Let us not every forget those who came before us and those that made the ultimate sacrifice so we may enjoy this day every day.
