Super Stock Head Preparation

Looking for suggestions for someone to do a set of small block mopar heads for the kid's new car. I left a set in Palmdale for two years only to have the gentleman tell me he would not have time to work on them. My friends that work on the stockers for me, say it is too time consuming for them! Called Heads Up (only SS Head guy I know) several times but he was to busy to either talk to me or call me. I have an old beat up set of Studley Heads that have been patched together bu that scare me to death.. a PM or E mail Racer7411@yahoo.com if you:):) want to reply that way better.

I have a nice set of small valve heads with t&d rockers if you need them John. They need springs and new shafts.

Modern Machine did heads for Etter and Taylor. John you should have a several sets of 308's in your stash. Send them out and have them done with current technology.

Jim: I am sure the heads that Rod was talking about were my old pair! They have a broken pedestal among other issues. I have known Rod for 35 years and I have never seen him bad mouth anybody's stuff anytime in that time period. I sorry for anybody's misunderstanding:confused:. John Irving

To 7423: Greg is my friend and does about 80% of our machine work.! The short blocks in both the kids wagon and my truck were built entirely by him. There is nobody that I trust or respect more when it come to any aspect of Racing. He is just too busy to take the project on......He is a one man machine shop:)

I was just given Rod and Jim a hard time. I have bought and traded parts with Jim and I have Rod's old Super/Stock Daytona project sitting in our shop. The sad thing is, it is still a project.
