I'm going to give this a shot. If it's not great don't throw me under the bus. I tried.

I had fun at Crandall. I hadn't made a lap in 7 months. I'm a little rusty if you looked on DRC. I got my a** handed to me sat by Tony Cowell and Slate Cummings on sun. My car went back in the trailer sun afternoon the same way I took it out fri afternoon in one piece so im happy. I made a few new friends this weekend(Alan Warman and Don Davison) and that's what it's about.

Wow, judging by the appearance of the staging lanes, absolutely no one has an oil leak, a trans leak, pinion leak, cigarette butts, tobacco spit, or coolant leaks. Those have to be the nicest staging lanes I've ever seen.

Good job Ed! That is a nice little track. I don't think it's big enough for an NHRA divisional race, but it is clean and pretty neat.

Track has been open a few years now. All concrete even the pits. Located about 30 minutes southeast of Dallas. We enjoy going there. Turnout was ok in stock 29 cars I think, but super stock was bad at 8 cars. If we don't get the numbers up I think this race is going to go away. There is another D4 race in september there and I hope more show up. If you have never been there before consider giving it a shot in september. Ed

Man hate to hear the bad news. I was trying to get around and meet everyone in Stock and SuperStock but run out of time. I was one of the other J/SA cars, I was surprised none of us had a heads up race since there were three of us. After hearing what happen to you, my weekend didn't seem all that bad. As far as the track, it was perfect I even made a comment about how clean it was. About a hour after I made that comment, I drop a quart of oil it went every where. I was down one my hand's and knees cleaning it up, I felt bad there was no way I was going to leave a mess.
