Wow !! Taking out some Xmass stuff and found my old uniform shirt from the C/MP car with the 71 springnationals patch on it. That sure was fun. Does not seem that long ago !!

I just came across a program from Atco back in 1971 showing a class win of mine and points standings.

Ok, how about a program from the Wed nite Pro- Stock shows at Minnesota Dragways in 70 & 71. Im saving those!!

When I moved to Arkansas a few years back I unpacked a box that had been stored for years in NJ, in it was my Raceway Park top 10 jacket, some pictures and National Record with the the World Finials Invitation for 73 .

I have one of my uncles Polyester crew shirts from his years with Billy "The Kid" Stepp running SS then on to Pro Stock. I had my fathers team jacket from when he run SS with patches from all the major events on the east coast for 1971/1972 untill some crackhead degenerate broke in the truck and stole it with some other stuff @ Myrtle Beach SC a few years back. I love looking @ all the old pics from when they guys that are now legends of the sport were just " the guy in the other lane ".

I was just a young buck in '76 but I remember those two corvairs winning a lot of USA races. Did one of them get torn down and had nos? gsa612

Young buck in 76 here as well. Clyde Birch took it to them Corvairs.

Fred,
You can stay out of trouble here but won't be fun.LOL

I found some IHRA world record certicates from the early 70's x/fg, z/s, x/s my dad set with his 68 opel station wagon.
I found my first class win plaque 1980 IHRA Winternationals
I also got my 11.90 World champ trophy and 3 iron men from 1988 all were in storage at a friends place. He called me a couple weeks ago to see if I wanted them old trophys. I forgot they were there.
