Hope everyone had a great Christmas
 

Mine was wonderful . Now we have between 6-8 inches of snow and still coming down as i tpye this. Been snowing since 3 am.... This is unusual for the easter inland od North Carolina.... But it is beautiful......How was everbody elses Christmas?

You have more snow than we do in mid-state wis ! Which is ok,bet we are haveing colder weather ! It's about 31 which is really warm for us !

Im happy you have the snow. I had my fill of the white stuff. It was in the 70's here and sunny....LOL.

Danny, Where are you located? I have a kid @ East Carolina in Greenville,NC but she is home for the holiday. Heard they got 6 or so inches there. I live near the North/South Carolina line on I-26 (Green Creek/Tryon). The temp held slightly above freezing during most of the "blizzard" or we would have suffered from the 14+ hour snowfall! We got maybe 5 inches but heard some of the area got 9". Christmas was good, one kid was in from college, the other was in from Oklahoma with her new husband. My family along with my brother David Jackson (ss/gt) and his lady got to spend Christmas day with Mom. David hooked her up with a nice flat screen tv and I got her a collectors set of Elvis movies. With Elvis in the house Mom is in heaven and Mom is the top prioroty! Don Jackson

They got about the same as us in K-town......Ain't gonna be melting for a while and starting to ice over now.....

In the 70's lol was in driveshafts,shoe boxes ,or slicks and of course u know I am kidding .Hope you have a great year Terry and hope to see you next year :)

We're about 1hr west of Danny in Wendell NC and we're digging out from under 10.5 inches of snow now it's all frozen over. Maybe it's all be melted away in 2 weeks for WinterFest @ KDS.!! Merry Christmas to all !!!!!

I'm in Fayetteville NC. Right off exit 44 on i-95.
I live a couple miles from the airport and they are reporting 8.2 inches last night. High today won't reach mid 30's so it's not going to melt real quickly.
We did have a Merry Christmas too.

Here in Nova Scotia we had a green Christmas with no hint of snow, but last night we started getting portions of the same storm that passed through the Carolinas. We got a couple of inches of snow overnight before it changed to rain this morning. Unless it turns cold again it looks like we dodged any real accumulation.

I was watching the news reports as the storm moved north along the eastern states. Looks like a real mess in some areas, and I hope that you all made out well.
