Yes, I was wondering the same thing. I did a search on DRC and came up with this from ATCO last October:

89 1250 A/SA Larry Pappas, Wayne NJ, '97 Firebird 10.514 11.00 -0.486

I assume this is the car he's driving and that it will be corrected on the second round qualifying sheet.

There is no backing up an instant hit. If this were a real pass he would get a 7.25% HP hit on Tuesday.

Could be they had his class wrong. I about fainted in the water box behind Gary Emmons once, they showed the SS/JA index for him on the score board, and a 9.70 came up when he ran. Gary had just moved up to SS/IA and they evidently missed it.

Misprint......on the Q Sheet....

Larry Pappas owns my old Firebird. He usually runs it in B/SA......I bought it from Jeff Mckinney from Ohio. I Sold it to Lloyd Mackay.....Lloyd sold it to Larry....

Lloyd bought a '98 Firebird that was Frank Genovise's......Larry also now owns that one. The '86 Camaro G and H/SA car he did own went to Joe Lisa......

There is a Bub Whitaker built engine now in my old car.......picked it up about .2 from the one I built......

I just rebuilt an engine for a bracket car Larry Pappas races locally......

I was surprised to see him on the sheet today down in Bradenton......Now I know why I have not seen him ........

He likes to race.......and does pretty much every week somewhere....

I admire anyone who is that commited to racing and can afford to race every week ................................but maybe they should be "commited" for racing that much......:rolleyes:
