Is that your AMX Ed? Bitchin'!

Daily Driver I'd love - Cadillac CTS-V taking clients out in that would make me want to take out more clients!
I had a client that owned a Mercedes AMG V-12 bi-turbo. It made 625 HP from the factory. he let me beat the crap out of it for about 15 minutes. Wow, that would be another fun ride.

Daily Driver I would never own - That's a long list! Typically nothing made over seas and shipped over here. I believe Hyundai falls into that category.

Jeff, that's a wish car. It's on evil bay now.I think the reserve is around $27K.The car looks beautiful in pictures. If it looks that good in person I think it's worth the coin.

Terry, they only made about 11,000 total production.
They are out there, but you do have to search.
I've been working on them since they were new,and other than EGR blocking issues, for the most part they are fairly trouble free.

Re: New daily driver question

1. Anything ford
2. Anything not ford

OK that's a little narrow minded, hehe

I would like a new v-6 diesel F-150 4 door with 8ft box....6spd manual....and roll up windows.
As to REAL veh's, I really like my beast, but maybe a model TT 1 ton truck with a hot flathead and stacks up the back of the cab..with a flatbed. Or really, any 1910-1960 ford truck.

2. Definately NO RICE JUNK! I'd drive a chev or dodge if i had too, heck I even like older versions of both but hate fwd and hate rice. (oh, and I like 67 camaro's, don't mind 68's and think 69's are fricken hideous)

Re: New daily driver question

(1) There is a 2007 Mustang ShelbyGT 500 supercharged, stick, white
with blue stripes and black interior that I drool over each time I drive
past the Ford dealer in town. 12K miles for $37,000 probably a good
price, but not on my retired income. A 70 yr old guy bought it new
and can no longer drive so the dealer is selling it for him.

(2) I have my likes and dislikes in this catagory.

Re: New daily driver question

I would think the new Mustang GT with a stick would be hard to beat for a daily driver. One car I wouldn't have is a Chrysler K car although all the American cars from that time frame were pretty bad.

Terry,

This is for a wish, because I got a F-350 a couple of years ago with the diesel and I have a New Holland compact tractor with a diesel, my wife has a Liberty that is gas and I love her Jeep. I am really starting to like the diesel and feel I would wish for that. My very good friend(a retired farmer) has the diesel Liberty and he looked a long time to find his and last I heard he really liked it.
