Just got a call that Dave has had a very serious heart attack last night. He is on a ventilator and is not awake! Please keep them in your prayers........

My prayers and thoughts are with Dave and Cathy.
San Antonio Hospital has an excellent cardiac care unit.
I have had the misfortune of experiencing their care and I am still here thanks to them.

I was just informed by Bob Williams that Dave passed away last night.

That is Sad, Dave was a great Guy! My best to his wife and Family!

Very sad day. Dave was a great guy. He lived with good intentions, cigar and all.

This is truely a sad day. My God keep Dave and his family in the palm of his hand.

It's hard to believe. I had just spoken with Dave at the Fontana points race, thanking him for his work at Fontana and wishing him well in Tucson.
My condolences to Kathy and his daughters for their loss.

Sorry to hear about Dave what a super nice guy !!!!! Have missed him since he left div 3, Godspeed Dave . We will pray for your family and he will watch over them.

The info regarding his viewing and funeral are one the NHRA Web Site. If any of you would like to send a message to Kathy, that e mail is also on the NHRA Site. We talked to Mike Urick at the hospital last night and he is the one getting the e mails thru Calif Speedway. He is printing them off and giving them to their girls, who are going to make scrapebooks for Kathy with all the messages. So any of you who have been touched by Dave and Kathy, please take the time to send her a message.
