Jim, L69 Tri-power was 66 only . Could be a W30 but Tim probably would have put that in along with an extra 30 or $40,000. Sounds like a really nice car though.-----Danny

A '67 4-4-2 was not available with tri-power, that was the '66 model. The '67 was available with the W-30 option. Hope that helps.

You are right guys. This is a Q-Jet car. Not a W-30. I had a 66 tri-power and raced one, back in the day, car name was F Troop. Hope to have pics up soon. By the way owner had car to Drive In car rally a couple of days ago. This car needs nothing and is in unbeliveable condition.

Re: Original 1967 Olds 442

Thanks Tim...

I don`t know if you remember,,, I talked to you quite a few years back at
mason dixon dragway, I owned that car (f-troop) for a short time, I didn`t
know for sure (at the time) that it was your car, but the big "duncannon"
painted across the quarter panel was my hint, know it was your home
town. I`ll stop by (your pits) at maple grove next saturday, I guess you`ll be
there?

J.C.
