Made the long trip from Southern Indiana to Topeka. Lots of rain and construction in the KC area. Been here for two hours been thru tech and its not raining now. There is lots of open space in the sportsmans pits. Hope we get to run class on Friday!

partly cloudy and dry this morning at 6:30 looks like we will probably run this morning but forcast for this afternoon is more rain. The storms they called for last night did not arrive.

Well morning TV sucks and Im ready to race but its still raining here. A heavy shower passed through the area and now it a little rain. Back to ESPN sportscenter. ZZZZZZ

We are finally racing here in Topeka. The air is rough. 76% hum 28.63 baro and a head wind. The Indy Cylinder Head Challenger went 10.16. Dempsey said he went 10.29 and Big Daddy went 10.40. I guess this is our only shot and first round will be in the morning!

Did Tosto get DQ'd for bad C-12? A bunch of racers are having problems with this fuel lately.

This ugly storm squirted by the track. Only a few rain drops fell and its a nice evening now.

What happen was I dumped the old Renagade purple fuel in the tank and lines at the track. Then we took the new Renagade 5 gallon jug to get tested to make sure it passed before I dumped it in the tank. They said it was in the middle of the range and would be good all week end. It failed first pass on the low end. I dumped the fuel again and purged the lines with new C12 fuel. Took the car back up and it passed. I guess I had some residue in the lines from the old fuel. Thought I had it cleaned out.
Renagade purple should pass next time but I'll probably stick with C12. It was my fault for sure.
