Re: Jerry MacNeish Prayers
Good luck Jerry, you kept it a secret when we talked last week. I thought you were heading to Columbus. Anyway, I bet your Doc is a true Camaro man! I bet you planned this in order to have it behind you for Indy !

Re: Jerry MacNeish Prayers
Thanks so much for the response here. It means a lot.
Recovery has been slow and steady. Won't be laying on the ground with a Jerico on my chest for quite a while, I know that for sure. Still feels like someone took a nail gun to my stomach and this is fives days after the surgery. Thanks, Jerry |
Re: Jerry MacNeish Prayers
Jerry.....I had a "3 hole punch" and also an open style procedure and the " 3hole punch" hurt more for sure in the first couple weeks......You should be fine.....
Get on those drums for therapy and also walk as much as possible....it helps. Don't take the pain killers any more than absolutely necessary.......they cause more trouble than their worth and they don't really stop the pain....they just make you so doped out you don't care that your in pain......Oxycontins...... Oxycodone..... A good buddy had the gall bladder removal surgery last year......he's fine but it did take him a while to recover.....Good luck to you.... |
