Re: Medicine Hat national open
Hey Dion,
Thanks for the tease.... Sounds like it is a little warm. Keep them coming... Is the $10,000 man in attendance this weekend? Good luck this weekend! Mike |
Re: Medicine Hat national open
Who's wagon is that Dion? 13.80 dial in M/SA is way over index. Sitting in Kennewick WA in 95 degrees. Too bad they scheduled the open the weekend before the Seattle National event. Good luck to all competitors.

Re: Medicine Hat national open
The wagon is the Yee brothers out of Fort Q'uapelle Sask, and it is an old stocker that is being updated. Thanx to Glenn Person for the info, unfortunately they had a family thing to tend to and they were in test mode any way so they packed up and left. I have more photos that I will post shortly, Hey Bob good luck to both you and Charlene at the seattle national.

Dion
Sorry I could not make it to Medicine Hat. The car is getting a fresh Jerico. No more granny shifting that toploader for me. Hope to be ready real soon. Allan |

Re: Medicine Hat national open
A couple of post event notes, Clarence Bidniak won and Ernie Penner r/up on saturday, Sunday winners were to be determined when my pregnant wife couldnt take the heat anymore (early exit). There was some carnage as Tom Skjonsberg broke some rocker stands ,Darrel Dietz had something scarring his supercharger ,and Phil Archibald figures he hurt the mill in the vette. For our last qualifier this morning there was a wagger between G.P. and C.B. for best RT........they had the worst ones out of the whole combo......hehe, great event, great weather, too bad I had to lose three times to tight races but oh well next time it was still fun all around.

Re: Medicine Hat national open
It was hot weekend typical of the Open and a big congratulations to Saturdays winner Clarence Bidniak and runner up Ernie Penner and the Sunday wine for Ernie and runner up Mike Semeniuk. It was a good weekend with lots of laughs and Carla and myself look forward to seeing hopefully all of you in a month at Thunder in The Valley.

Any of you coming down for this little bash at Pacific Raceways this weekend? You can't be on Toby's video if you don't!
