Race Shop/Garage near Bradenton, Florida

Many of my friends and fellow racers know that I've sold my home in Ohio and I'm relocating to Bradenton, Florida. I'll be in Bradenton for good on Monday 11/21/11. I'm looking for a safe, secure shop to base my racing operation. I'm willing to rent, share rent, lease, or buy the right location. It can be in the surrounding area - Sarasota/Venice/etc. ANY ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
As for my "Finished" customers, I will still be processing cryo and rem'd parts at my Ohio location, (for now). Hopefully I can get the business moved in the near future to save on the flying mileage. Thanks, Jim Bailey

Jim, I have a friend in real estate in the tampa bay area, I could put the two of you together if you'd like.

Thanks Chad. That's a possibility, ...but for right now I've have "just about" enough of Real Estate people. (lol) I'll try my net working with friends / and racers first. JB.

Jim is going to Florida cause Louisiana refused his visa. You know this means you are required to race more next year-no excuses. Close to the SE races, and not far from No Problem- and not far from the 4th Sportsnationals in NC. Your skin and your attitude will both improve. How bout that.

Jim....I go to Bradenton off and on and there are several really nice places just a few miles east of the drag strip with for sale signs up. Nice homes with larger lots and a couple with really large shops/garages right on Rt.#64. I was just thru there last Sat. going to a car show in the city of Bradenton. If you want further out in the country instead of in the city (crowded) areas they are worth checking out. Great deals all over as not much is moving and being sold. Just "Low Ball" an offer and see what happens. Some really want to move or are out of a job. Just dont make a mistake and buy a place with an HOA. Its like a concentration camp if you do. My place is 4 years old now and it sold originally for $349,900 and I picked it up for $180,000. Problem is the market has dropped even more in a year and a half since I have been here.

I think it was more like the Federal Government mandated you guys don't live within 70 miles of each other, specifically when liquor establishments are within a 10 mile radius, not so much because of Jim, but because of the severe partying influences to other Mopar racers that occur anywhere near Mr. Teuton. ROLMFAO (sorry Jeff, I couldn't control myself on this one)!!!!!!!:D:D:D

Hey Jim, give me a call, maybe I can steer you in the right direction. I live in Englewood as you know, not far from Bradenton.

Hey but seriously, why don't you get with Pat Comstock (Kevin and Scott Helms' Mom) and see what she can find. She is a realtor and lives in Plant City! Just Facebook her Jim.
