SBC Electric Water Pump Recommendation
 

I need to get a new water pump for my 305. What is the choice water pump for reliability and performance? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

We use CSR on both cars. Several years of reliable performance.

CSR's on all our dozen plus Mopars........One failed motor in

a dozen years. Believe same motor in most engine Applications.

I have used a Meziere on my LT1 street car for 2 years with no problems.Also the Meziere motors are made in the U.S. I believe the
other companies electric motors are all made off shore. ed

Meziere.
Never thought the CSR had any problems untill I installed a Meziere at the track to replace it because it was leaking..
Temp and cooling was WAY more consistant with the Meziere.
Plus CSR still owes me contingency money from 2008!

Meziere remote mounted to the idler arm , tee and some dishwasher hoses ----Trevor

I bought 2 new CSR's for 2 of my cars and within a year replaced one under warranty that took over 6 month's to get the replacement,then one on my stocker went out after 2 years of running. Burned up the motor. I would chose another brand if it were me.
