Quote in USA Today 4/9/12
USA Today writer Michael Hiestand had a most interesting quote in todays column "Sports on TV"
Although it was dealing with CBS' coverage of the Masters yesterday, it's statement is so factual that you can see where it applies to ALL sports on TV. The quote was, "CBS' Masters action Sunday showed how good TV sports can be when the networks get out of the way and let the action sell itself." Can you think of anywhere else that statement might apply? Just my .02 worth |
