NHRA Sportsman live broadcast PPV?
 

How about NHRA broadcasting the sportsman eliminations live at either their or ESPN's website? Because I live in Sweden it's pretty difficult to watch NHRA action in person. Therefore it would be great for me (and I bet many others) if there was a Pay-per-view.

Don't hold your breath waiting for this! The only Sportsman coverage that is ever broadcast is Alcohol Dragster and Funny Car. Stock, Super Stock and Comp don't even exist to the NHRA. Jim

No disrespect Bret, but the announcers go silent during most of the sportsman racing. I would day that is a slap in the face to all class racers

Thanks, but I can't find any NHRA coverage. All I see is X-games, poker and ALMS.

Brett, I have tried to log on to ESPN3 many times with no success. They make you jump through so many hoops that result in dead ends it just isn't worth the increased blood pressure. Seriously, is there an easy way to get ESPN3 or do you really need a security clearance. What are they doing, building bombs or broadcasting sports? Jim

Not all internet providers carry espn3. I can get it though comcast in PA but not here in FL. Check with you provider, Jim. No special hoops to jump through. I'm in Oak Run in Ocala and my internet comes through Decca cable. What part of Florida are you in?

Don, I'm in Deltona, North of Sanford. I have Direct Sat. TV. The hoops I'm talking about is trying to sign up and find the provider then being told I can't watch it because of the provider! Hey! It's INTERNET! Has nothing to do with my TV provider! I gave up trying. Where am I going wrong here? Jim

So how do you get access. It says you have to select an Internet provider and my broadband company is not listed.

No answer? So I guess you and I are in the same boat, my provider is not listed either. No ESPN3. Brett, you are lucky, your provider is listed apparently. So it's not a problem for you. For a lot of the rest of us we are just out of luck I guess. Jim

Couldn't understand anything over the PA, and couldn't tell what was happening except with the starting line cameras, but yah, better than nothing.

I truly apologize for this, guys. My provider is not listed and I'm still able to get it; I was completely unaware it doesn't work for everybody.

Seriously; I'm very sorry for this.

On another note, I was able to hear the P.A. during sportsman fairly well.

You are not the oly ones that could not understand the announcer. The echos are so bad and the engines then drown out the announcer. It would also be nice to actually see who won the round

watch on espn3 and listen to the nhra audiocast,timing is a little off but not too bad
