Picks For Hemi Challenge?
 

Who ya pickin' for the big show on Friday? I am going out on a limb and picking the "Hard Attack" Barracuda of Tyler Hard. Most would pick Westcott or Daniels, but I'm thinkin' upset.

I 'll take a shot with the new Barton / Earthquake car. What happened with Bucky Hess, I heard he was supposed to be coming back ? I like the the Carp / Barton car in the A/SA shootout also.

Can,t put a finger on the A/S shootout yet. Have to look a little harder. With good weather it should be a hell of a show.

My two picks are Charlie Westcott Jr. and Charlie Westcott Jr. Thats right, I picked him twice. He just tested yesterday at Martin, you know the place where there is so little air that birds can't fly most of the time. He was impressive to say the least. I ain't saying what he ran, I will leave that up to your speculation. Suffice to say that if all goes well, it will be the quickest and fastest runs by a AH car at Indy to date.

Couldn't stop on restoration of original Red light bandit to debut at indy promised it would be done and it is.My car is down at kb racing ready to test ,just ran out of time.thanks for asking Bucky

They will be alot good second place racing. Junior so far has the power advantage for the 1st place and I dont think he has shown all his cards yet ! I'm looking for a Westcott sweep Jr #1 and Sr #2. We'll just have to see how it all shakes out!! Bill

I just hope the rain holds up long enough for them to complete the Challenge. After that, as far as I'm concerned, the nitro guys can sit in their hospitality tents and watch it rain. Just my opinion.

Well , it couldn't have been scripted any better. The baddest of the bad ! The record holder vs. the ex -record holder ! Westcott power vs. Barton power ! Will be a great final. Who is holding and how much ? Set it on kill and turn it loose. Somebody PLEASE get a good video of this final ?

Funny how the final is turning out. The two premiere engine builders in the class. Cuda vs. Dart. Stick vs. Auto. Can't ask for anything more as far as the Challenge goes. Doe anybody know when the final is scheduled for ?

Thanks to espn3 for showing the race live, what a great race, ole Daniels looked to have worked the tree but ole Wescott got the win, great race!
