Paul "WP" Bailey Named Division 4 Director

My good friend Paul "WP" Bailey is named the new D4 Director. D4 racers are lucky to get Paul as the DD. He has loads of experience and most of all is passionate about racing. He understands Class racing and is a huge Stock/Super Stock fan.

Paul is virtually a drag racing historian who loves and understands sport along with the needs of racers and the tracks. I wish him the best in his new position.

I wonder who will be in charge at the LODRS event at Noble. The announcement states Bailey won't take over the position until Oct 1.

I've been told that the Division 1 director (Lang) is supposed to be running the Noble Divisional.

Evan - X2 on what you said and I hope the transition is smooth, he'll be fine, but we're sure gonna miss him, especially next week at the Englishtown divisional, the steaks were always good. Now looks like maybe a ROAD TRIP. Hey Louis [STAT GUY] Bloom if your listening put some info out, or maybe some trivia to stump em!!!

X3 on what Evan said. If it weren't for Wayne Paul I wouldn't be able to hi-jack a microphone and say "Don't worry, I know what I'm doing. I used to be an announcer at Englishtown.". Plus I credit his advice around the time I got into the sport for many late-round finishes and my one and only championship.

Dale & Glynanna were great. Never changed. Glynanna has passed now, I hope Dale is making it OK. Still lives in Amarillo last I heard. Everybody knew them both. Very pleasant, friendly couple. Dale liked to announce too. He could tell something about most everybody when they came to the line.
She always helped this dummy fill out his contingency paper work after stumbling through his not-near-often-enough points race wins. Since I've tried to race again (I ain't just real smart.) for four years now, and never met the one we just had. Think I saw him up in the tower once. Had no problems with him, just never met him.
