I am not sure if the Westcott cars are even at Maple Grove. If they are they haven't made a pass yet. Can anybody confirm whether the Westcott cars are on the property ?

Charlie said he will not be at the Dutch on Hemi Shoot Out on Facebook.. He said he will not race against illegal B cars and refuses to race until NHRA decides to "fix" the problem..

Who is in Booker's car? Also, guess I'm not keeping up; what "B" cars are being referred to by Westcott???

I am thinking that the "B" refers to Barton; as in SS/AH cars powered by a Ray Barton engine. If I am wrong, will someone please enlighten all of us.

I don't see anything about B cars on his FB page. AND. really don't think they are scared of getting outrun ....... They got the edge in horsepower right now

Sorry I'm not sure who but one of the hemi cars went hard into the catch fence beyond the sand trap. Driver was fine, not sure about the car. Took about 20 minutes at least to fix the fence.

I'm sure someone else will have details.

Sounds like Comella's original L023 Dart lost the brakes and hit the catch nets. Fortunately he is o.k. and the car looks like it can be repaired. There is a hemi shootout website, http://hemishootout.net/

Yes all of the '68 Hemi Dart's & '68 Hemi Barracuda's came with fiberglass hood & fiberglass front fenders from the factory...
