Can I brag about my son
 

I have been dirt track racing with my sons the last few years. This year my oldest son Cam won 34 races out of 55 and added 16 second place finishes to win the 2012 IMCA Sport Compact National Championship. He told me that I brag about it to much but what the heck. Tom

Congrats to the two of you. I imagine you had a little bit to do with it too. Bragging? As Coach Daryl Royal (you old Husker fans hated him) used to be fond of saying, "If you can do it, you ain't braggin'."

Tom, winning races is how Clint Boyer made it to Nacsar, He won almost all the imca dirt track races he ran in the Kansas city region, started racing in motocross with his brother`s. Tom

I grew up with dirt track racing, and know it isn't easy.

I'm guessing most went to run for 2nd or 3rd when he showed up LOL!

Nothing but chevys in this camp Alex. His main ride was 2002 Cavalier 2.2 ecotec with a 97 Cavalier as backup. Number 2 son Ramsey ran the backup at 25 races beating his brother once for his only win of the season but did finish 8th in the state and 6th in the nation in rookie points. Cam finished the season with 63 nites, 36 wins, 58 top fives, and three track championships. He also racked up 58 career wins in just his third full year behind the wheel. Thanks Tom

Tom my son races a dirt car. He loves it. Can hardly get him to a drag race anymore. Your son is doing great!
