Looking for a Car
 

Im looking for a Nice Bracket or even a Stocker.I have been looking around and cant seem for find something nice.I have up to 10k Cash to spend.Now I know I cant get a 1 second under car for that but maybe a good starter Car.Must be GM only.Im located near Cecil County Dragway in Maryland,so I cant travel to California.I would like to stay somewhat close.Thanks..My e-mail is hcoleman145@comcast.net to send pics.

If you're willing to take a trip, Mark Yacavone has a V/Stocker that will run the index and then some, for far less than your budget. It might still be available.

Take a look down the page for the Malibu station wagon from Jimmy Parker, I need to sell my car before getting another one. That wagon is an excellent car plus it has a good history. (Jimmy I am not charging you for selling the car:D)

If my car was already sold I would be all in on that one, can be a stocker or bracket car.

What would you prefer...an older Chevy II, Nova, Chevelle, Camaro, or maybe an older station wagon or a newer style Firebird, Camaro, or Impala SS etc...I'm just curious because I've seen lots of rollers out there for sale that you could drop your own freshly built motor into one of them...

I have a 78 camaro Z-28 that was built to be a stocker that I would sell. The car has a chrome moly roll bar done by Joe Russell. I was going to race stock next year if I got a motor together for it. Everything was new in the car this year and I am currently bracket racing it with a mild big block chevy. This car is a rust free 43000 mile car and ready for the small block stocker motor. It has the correct hood, 8.5 rear end with slapper bars, 35 spline mark Williams spool and axles (hooks anywhere), 5 gallon cell with magna fuel pump, msd everything, weld wheels with new 9x30 tires. I have coated dyna tech step headers and a lot of cores ( heads, intakes, carbs)for the 350-185hp combo. I also have the original numbers matching motor too. I could go on and on… No Junk Here!!

I want $8000 if I pull the big block and powerglide.
Or $15000 turn key runs 11.0s high 10.90s
Trade for a 68 – 72 Chevelle stocker or nice Chevelle project
