Make an even better Pure Stocker...avoid structural modifications needed for full Stocker or SSer..and still keep it for a Mercum ransom !!

Car was a go pack car with AC 390 4 speed now has a automatic trans. fairly complete car except for bucket seats and a few badges and trim rings. the only rust is in the lower quarters which I can replace. car has been bracket raced sometime in the past has 4.44 gears with chrome ladder bars.390 has a bunch of cam, roller rockers , headers and aftermarket dist. and box. offenhauser dual quad with edelbrock carbs.

Tune, tires, trailer, track. In that order.

Just have some fun with it.

Sometimes you get lucky previous owner knows very little about AMXs paid 1,800. for car and 2,150 for shipping to Texas.

Congratulations and welcome to the AMC world. Just remember as you get the car running, it’s only money.

Here's a site you can get some ideas from.

No problem. My AMX (a 70 model) was a 360-4 speed. Dropped a valve. Forgot it was not a small block chevy and it didn't like the RPM. lol

Always a soft spot for these. Want another one before I die.And .... an equally hot woman in the seat beside me as well.

Want to go out with a smile!

both are possible . Just depends how much you want to spend on either or both.
Hot women = big $$$$$...., upkeep, tuneups, etc....... The car is probably cheaper.
