There's all kinds of stuff going on down here. Kissimmee/Orlando/Daytona etc. I'm down south of Tampa in Venice. A lot of stuff in Bradenton and Sarasota

Garlits has a museum in Ocala, further south, Immokale has an IHRA divisional race Jan. 31 - Feb. 2 and Orlando has a NHRA divisional the following week.

Look up Zepherhills Winter Fest which is held in February. Been there many times, great show, bring $$$$$ as you never know what you will find for sale, John Kissel K242

Since we love fast, noisey things, add these 2,::: Fantasy Of Flight in Clermont ( a working aircraft museum owned by Kermit Weeks), and for 1/2 the price of a shortblock, go to Stalion 51 at the airport in Kissimmee, and go for a ride in "Crazy Horse",or her two beautiful P-51 dual control Mustang buddies. if you are looking for local car shows in the Ocala area- check out the Villages car show on the 3rd Sat of every month. In Feb, all the snowbirds are down here and usually they will get couple hundred nice cars show up

Just left The Villages yesterday morning. The weather was not the best between Christmas and New Years but should get better because the jinx had to drive back up to Long Island to beat the snowstorm. LOL

Large car show and swap meet in Moultrie, Ga in Feb. Google it for info. Bring your walking shoes and be prepared to spend the day.

There is a local car show every Sat. night in Crystal River which is 30 miles away, there is a car show every Fri. night in Spring Hill behind Chik-Fil-a , and the one in the Villages but I don't know location or time.

I live about twenty five miles away from Ocala and I would be glad to help, if you wish email me for my number, I'm retired so I have plenty of time to help.
