Almost had a SS/H heads up for the 3rd round. That would have been a killer race.

Just so you know that would have been Terry Anderson versus Dave Barcelon. Nova vs. Nova - WOW.

I know someone that would have killed to see that race. His initials are D.D. alias Geerhead 55.

Ron,,, I wouldn't have killed to see that race,,, but I sure would've liked to have seen it,, as would fans like Bob Rice and all the Chevy II racers and fans,, many who were back in Columbus for the SS/K shootout.. even though these 2 cars were 327 powered. Dave's car is beautiful,, and Terry certainly drove the wheels off his ride.
I wonder what the combined age of the Superstock and Funny Car finalists adds up too? I'm sure its over 240 years!! It was fun being there, too bad you missed it.

I didn't mean the kill to see a race literally. The total age for funny car is 132 (john 65 and gary 67) so you do the math on the rest.

I knew what you meant, Ron. Seriously,,, Dave's Chevy II was a 9.80 player most of the weekend, and Terry's was in the low 10s, so I don't know if he could've picked it up enough to go heads up. Also, I'm sure Terry and Alan's age combo would match Force and Densham. My 2 cents,, catch you later.
