Wow, maybe NHRA will pay attention now. Rittenberry is proving his value while Ozzy becomes the Bruton Smith of southern dragstrips. Certainly I won't lose any sleep over this. :D

This sure does change the IHRA look in the South!!!!! SGMP, Bradenton, Immokalee, and Palm Beach.... Quite a nice assortment of facilities!!!!

IHRA Division 2 is two in-division ProAm events short this year with Darlington not on the schedule. I wonder if it would be practical to add it to the schedule later this year.

I love the track & it may be big enough for a NitroJam, at least car-wise. Hope they retain the Mopar Southern Nationals that's been held there over Memorial Day in years past.

It would be great if IHRA can make the 2016 schedule start in February @ Immokolee and hit all 4 tracks before coming back North, Spaced accordingly.

I also hope they get a Pro Am and a Nitro Jam. That would put 3 IHRA Pro Am races with in driving range for me. Too bad NHRA lost the points race there before the gators. SGMP wont get near the car count with the IHRA race as they would with the NHRA race.

Hello all.
This could help to raise the car count for IHRA in the South.
Especially if another NHRA track soon joins IHRA.
The Winter series could get interesting for sure.

Only time will tell, but it has been said the South will raise again,
I mean IHRA will raise again.
