Farmington Pro-Am Roll Call!

Who's headed to the "Farm" for this weekend's IHRA Division #9 Pro-Am? Today appears to be a wash-out (literally!), but Saturday and Sunday look great!

Anyone on the ground yet?

Raining hard here in Youngsville/Raleigh. Waiting for a break in the action to load up but doesn't look good here. Farmington looks clear. The rain appears to be east of Farmington.

Hey Lew----Son John is there and hanging out with Jim Marshall. He said calling for a little rain this afternoon then clearing and nice all weekend. Quite a few cars for early on Friday.

That's great, Dan! It'll be nice to see John again!

I had hoped to be able to arrive earlier, but work and weather conspired against me! The Friday T&T was a smart idea!

Didn't they find one in Darlington last year too?

It seems like some posts are missing. What is up with that?

Forum rules state that you are not to post threads accusing individuals of illegal or fraudulent acts.

If somebody was disqualified and the reason they were dq'd was correct then it wasn't an accusation. It was a fact. Or am I incorrect?

Re: Farmington Pro-Am Roll Call!

You are correct but until IHRA makes an official announcement about the situation it is he said, she said.

I and many of you were there and he was checked at the scales after his 1st round bye run and disqualified from the race. Plain and simple...no accusations, just a fact!

So let me see if I read what you said right. Basically if you were beat by said racer with the delay device it wouldn't concern you. Hmmm. Now the said racer got away with in nhra for awhile, until he was caught with a delay box that was hidden in the car. That is a fact.

Re: Farmington Pro-Am Roll Call!

You guys are unbelievable. So a guy gets dq'd and all of you that were there know what it was for? and have absolute proof what it was? I wonder how you would feel if it were you being accused on an open forum without proof.

When IHRA tells us why he was dq'd, then you should comment. Witch hunts are wrong, and it is not what this forum is about. As James pointed out, the rules are posted about making accusations. I don't dispute he was dq'd, but the reason is not known. It is an accusation until all the facts are known.

Please refrain from anymore accusations until the facts on what the dq was for.

Thanks
Ken
