Ed it was actually a legal stocker. Daniel is from Palm
harbor FL. This was his first national event. He could not get in stock so he entered SS. The car is supported by Lucas Oil and has a Warren power. Very nice young man from a racing family. We will be seeing more of him in the winners circle for sure. Looks like it's is a late 90 or early 2000 Camaro. I am not good with that vintage of body style.

Thank you for the kind words Mike. Daniel is my son the car Is Jeff Strickland's 95' C/SA Camaro that he sold to Adam Messenbring in MN.. We bought it from him rolling last April and ordered a motor from Warren Engines. Dan is and has been a huge fan of a lot of the local stock and super stock drivers for a long time, Jim Wahl, Myron, Merrill, Bertozzi just to name a few. I can say in no uncertain terms that he has been honored just to be in the lane next to these drivers and many more. We are very new to stock and have a very long way to go but the people we've met thus far are the best and we look forward to meeting a lot more in the years to come.

I went by Daniel's house on Monday afternoon they had just gotten back from Gainesville. I wanted to tell him in person what a good job he did. I am proud to have him as my friend and his family. I see a lot of talen in him, I guarantee this is just the beginning. He just turned 18 a week ago, (congratulations neighbor)

It does my heart good to see a great young man like Daniel do well. I knew he was one to watch ever since the first SSSSA race he attended! I enjoy kidding around with him and look forward to it every race. Jim
