That place makes Dallas Georgia 1966 look like a "super track".These guys atleast have a better path through the woods though.John Kissel

Re: Would you race here?

From drag racing to rallying in just seconds. Probably need to make a few more adjustments for success in that series. LMAO!

So that's were the Safety Safari originated. Is that rosin on the road surface(after the track ended)?

Re: Would you race here?

Yeah the return road is a dead end with no turnaround, tough to run a dragster there! LOL

Re: Would you race here?

Still a longer shut-down area than Houston Motorsports Park.

Eric Voigt 09-10-2016 09:10 PM

Re: Would you race here?

The shut down reminds me of George Rays' Outlaw dragstrip in Paragould Arkansas. I ran there a couple of times and it was scary

Re: Would you race here?

Does each lane use the same shutoff area or is there a separate one for each lane??? Also looks jungly or woodsy there what about "critters" walking around in the foliage???

if you look closely on the video the return rd goes to the right, I guess he missed it and ran to what they call the run off, ya just got to make sure you dont hit any trees if you cant stop.

First one to the return road gets it, the other takes the trees?

Guarantees the loser won't buy back I guess! lol!

Payout is probably better than nhra, though!
