Prayers for Jim Fontana Sr
 

My father will be heading in on March 14th for a stem cell transplant at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. The procedure will be a long recovery and extremely hard on him mentally and physically. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers over the next number of months in his recovery. thank you :)

Prayers for your dad Jim. I know him and my Mom have the same condition but, her health has gotten worse that they refuse to do the stem cell treatment because of the on-going issues. I know when we were talking about that option with the doctors they told us it would be a rough deal and a long recovery. So praying all goes well for your dad.

Chemo dose finished Tuesday. Stem cells were transplanted back in on Wednesday morning. Hes been feeling pretty good so far. Long recovery process but the job is done. He will be at Roswell Park for the next 4-6 weeks to avoid sickness and infection while his body rebuilds. Hes basically like an infant at this time. Thank you for all the prayers. Means a lot to him, myself, and the family.
