I will be there also and for once ,i will not be working.The sad thing is i do not have my car ready,.I was testing a week ago and the valve head popped off and destroyed the cylinder and piston and 1 canadian 520 head..Hope to visit you guys this trip since i will have plenty of time on my hands .Good luck to all..

Hey Danny, i feel your pain. Two pistons, and one cylinder head. Good thing i had a spare head, and had already ordered a bigger set of pistons. Hopefully i can run it this weekend somewhere close. Should run the same (i hope)

I'll be in and out of the place a lot, Father Time, but will try to catch up with you. Going early on Friday to get the motor through teardown, maybe test Friday night if all goes well, record runs Saturday, then have to take off for Pageland Dragway Saturday night - still in the hunt for the Summit Super Series there. Then back to Darlington on Sunday.

Michael, If you need a hand on Friday come find me. I will be there, but without a car... just bein a cruisecheif and head beercheif this weekend. I will say that you are a crazy man, abck and forth, trying to run 2 different races, set a record, win super series point, and go after the world! Good luck with that!

Hey Danny, Hawk called me and dad sunday needing a hand at Indy, so Dad flew out there today. I was thinking of showing up sunday and just taking a chance but since we didnt get a chance to dyno the engine ill pass. Still might go to Carolina in a few weeks. But next week i have a grudge race with a hot rod car in Dinwiddie. If i win that, it may pay for the Carolina trip.

Just got the Piedmont $20K Footbrake flyers finished in the design phase last night, but won't have the printed copies in hand for about two weeks. But it's posted online at www.brackettalk.com in the General Discussion, 'Thanksgiving at Piedmont" topic.
