I hate to hear this, Gary was a very good stick racer. I think in later years, was doing his own engine work. My condolences to the family.

I didn't meet Gary until later in my racing life, but he made an immediate impact as a great guy and good racer. Rest In Peace, Gary.

So sad we lost another super stock racer this week. We all will remember Gary banging the gears down the track in his Pontiac. He always wore that smirky smile and was always dead on the tree. God bless you Kathy and Scott and brother Dick at this very sad time. RIP Gary Condolences
