Nice shots, that dark green 70 AAR Cuda is owned by John Buczynski, from British Columbia Canada, who bought it brand new, and yes, its a true AAR!

I'm glad you like them. As it turns out I lost first round this afternoon but my travel arrangements are such that I'm committed to staying here tomorrow anyway. So I plan to take some pictures of round 2 of stock.

Not sure when I'll have a chance to post them, but I should have them up by early evening here.

I found it extremely challenging to get wheelstand photos due to the 1+ second delay when I press the button on this POS camera, so after a while I just took the shot while the cars were staged.

Do you have any of the red Demon and burt orange Dart Sport stockers?
We still have lots of bugs for the Demon to iron out. 1st points race for the car since I parked her in 1996.

The story I heard was the track was sold 5 years ago for 34 million with conditions to keep running for 5 years. The end of September is the closing date with no other race track being planned to open in the Salt Lake area. The track will be missed by many.

Not all hope for another track is gone. There has been talk about a track "in the works" at the Utah Motorsports Complex" in Tooele UT, but nothing has or may ever be formally announced. People here including myself are keeping our fingers crossed.
