All Access "Cleeng"
 

Not sure if anyone else has run into this. I got an email tonite from Cleeng saying they renewed my annual subscription for all access as per automatic renewal. I check my Visa statement and a charge has been put thru. I never authorized an automatic renewal. My Visa number was saved as a method of payment in my account settings but no where does it say the its an auto renewal. I remember seeing on other posts that NHRA is going with another company next year for all access. Going to contact NHRA tomorrow and get this straightened out.

Thanks Bob and let us know if you get a satisfactory response from NHRA, as you know auto renewals can be a real PITA. Perhaps VISA will let you contest the charge.

If NHRA doesn’t help you on this then they will NEVER get my card number. Suddenly I’m feeling really good about renewing my membership and competition numbers in person with cash this year.

Same thing happened to me. I went online to the All Access page and clicked on 'My Account' and then selected to cancel. My account was almost immediately refunded.

It is an annual renewal. If you go to your account you will see when it comes up for renewal.

After you sign in, it shows "My Account" on the top right near the sign out tab.

I just got an E mail asking me to re subscribe to All Access for $99.99. I checked my subscription status and it expires on the 23rd of Dec. It WILL automatically resubscribe you if you don't unsubscribe. I paid $79 last year and numerous time I couldn't view it. I unsubscribed unless they go back to last years price.

After reading post after post, detailing the trouble people have with All Access, I am amazed they don't fix it.

To subscribe this year for us is $ 119.99 Patsy bought this last year, we will not renew!

Just for fun what did everyone pay for All Access (think third world pay phone)

Ours is $119.99
Chuck's is $99.99

Thanks to this thread I checked and was 1 day away from automatic renewal.

I canceled it and removed my CC info.

I paid $80 last year and the renewal now says $100 for 2019

Its great when it works but way to many issues.

I found myself spending way to much time watching it and doing nothing else at times at home.


I'm good with watching the D1TV or D3TV for free with usually zero problems or better yet, go racing myself more.....
