Thanks for the welcome back. Statutes must have run out. I won’t be at Ennis or Houston. Still too far behind on converting my Firebird to a stick, but I have made some major progress mainly due to my Crew Chief.

I do have some good news I think. I know there has been a lot of consternation about how Stock and Super Stock has devolved over the last several years. We may have something special with the installation of Jeff Conley. I know we have heard this before, but there have been some personnel changes at the top in particular that may allow him to do the job we need him to.

I think you will begin to see some things being done that may seem subtle at first, but will have a major impact on Stock and Super Stock that are way past due. I realize that the genie is out of the bottle, but there may be some things that will happen to make you more excited to participate.

As much as you keyboard race on this site, I would have thought that you would recognize a racer that has won a couple of national events this decade, especially an Indy winner.

I gave my honest response - I did not realize you are an ICON in the sport.

I apologize for my "keyboard" remark - I am not on here much and do not remember yesterday sometimes let alone stuff that might have happened 10 years ago.

No worries. I doubt the ICON thing is accurate and your post might have hurt my feeling (I have one, I think) if you really knew me.

Of course, if you really knew me then the abuse might know no bounds. Like maybe taking a photo you find to graphics design graduate student from one of our fine universities and having them do your dirty bidding. Which forever will stick with me no matter how outlandish and disturbing. Dang pic did look real though.

Still hung up on the righteousness angle....

Kyle even though we've never met I was a little curious to what had happened to you. Didn't realize you had been put in time out I just thought maybe you had lost interest. I have always found your humor to be in bad taste and quite witty so I'm glad see I'll be getting to read it again. Welcome back!

I consider him a close friend, trustworthy and with an untarnished reputation. Like every one of us, he made a mistake and paid the consequences. No need to revisit.

I figured you were saying it in good humor based on the context of your comment. I actually do have some clean material. One of them is my favorite story about my Crew Chief if he will allow me to tell it. I think the racers will really get the implications of what he did and see how funny it is.

James it may be hard to believe, but I also have a few Pedigo stories that are safe for public consumption. I never let facts get in the way of a good story.

There also may be a few Emmon's incidents that Todd was a witness to. Todd, were you there during the "Aunt Millie's" panties story at Indy?
