FYI, I told MichaelB I wanted some incentive to take out Burtozzi 2nd round, still keeping MB alive for the World Championship. After some tough negotioations we decided on a case of Duct Tape. My choice of colors. I live for little things like that.
But in reverse, Anthony gave me a beer for returning the favor in his direction in the quarters. I treasure the beer and Duct Tape more then the $$$$. ( not really ).
Tough racin !! Anthony and MB.....Good job on your #1 & # 2 this year !!

HEY 76. How ya been. Rev was cooking for Jimmy Fuller and a bunch of 9:90 guys in Reynolds. But he's doing real good lately. I have a 53' motorsports trailer. More to clean than the open one. Still got it too though.

Sshhhhh.......I feel a presence........it's........THE GHOST. It was pretty cool seeing Tom and his Corvair win first round over a Top Stock car. About a 5 second spot. That was cool Tom.

Jim, why did you post an outright lie. His pictures where removed, but he was not banned. I warned him many months ago about the content of his posts. This is a racing forum, not a place for Mike's personal taste on what pictures he wants to post.

You seem to want to make an issue out of nothing. Do you have a problem with the forum? Would you like us too close shop and shut down the forum because you may not agree with everything that is done here.

Woah! Hold on one minute! I am only going on what Mike told me in an email I received. He said you told him you would ban him if he continued to post pictures and drawings of the previous nature. If that is bad info then I apologize. I Understand trying to keep some order on the site. I to was a moderator, on LS1.com many years ago.I suppose it is your say as to what pics are put on this site, however I saw nothing wrong with what he posted. No nudity or bad language from what I saw. His drawings and poetry show talent.
I don't know if you personally know mike but I do, and I must say he is quite a character and to try to stifle his personality would be a mistake in my opinion. Please go back and read how many positive comments he has received about his pictures and drawings. No I don't want to see this site go away, that is a silly question. I would ask you to lighten up on poor 'ol Mikey. His wit and humor would be missed. It's your call. Jim

Jim, thats why you should have contacted us first. I know Mike is a character, and also a nice guy. My warning to him was not personal. I ask him to stop, and did not threaten to ban him. There is nothing to lighten up on. He is welcomed to post anytime he wants.

With all do respect, it does not matter who like or dislikes his posts. Mike knows what he can and can not post. I make the decision on what is appropriate for Class Racer. Fortunately or unfortunately I'm am the dictator here. It may sound harsh but dealing with 6000 plus members can be quite trying at times. And since you know what it takes to moderate a forum, I'm sure you understand.

I now know how NHRA feels, there is no way your going to make everyone happy.

Its too bad the pics are thought to have been in bad taste! With all the bad things happening in the world around us I thought the pics were great. Didnt bomber pilots have pics of women painted on their planes? I really liked the girl on the B-29 called JOLTIN' JOSIE.... That was way back in the forties and she was even more scantily clad than Mikey's beauties!

Been out of town a couple days, but here's what happened.
I sent out a few e-mails ( including to Jim ) saying I "probably" would be banned because I didn't agree with the moderator's decision. And I definatly didn't appreciate the tone of his warning to me !

The only warning I had previously was when I posted an original document from D-Day...posted on the anniversary of D-Day. All the comments of that were positive.

The pic's of the girls on my posts were "signature" pics. Commonly refered to as SIG's on other sites.
I'm a member of Rivals.com ( college football ) and check in on other sites. "Signature" pics are common and most involve some form of pretty girl. Even my girlfriend thinks this censorship is rediculous.
As was pointed out by a couple of you guys thru private e-mails, I believe this show's a lack of knowledge on our moderators part.
Also don't believe any rules were broken, and the moderator is going overboard here. Had ton's of positive remarks and support. Thanks to all. This just aggravates me.

But it's not my site, it's their's so..............CENSOR away ! ! ! !

I'm usually pretty much done, tired, and ready to watch football this time of year.
Although........the Rock did get me a bit happier. :)
But got to get the Tranny out real soon, was makin a noise at the Rock. Got a new tow rig to fit out also.
Would love to race, but don't feel like the work that goes with it this time of year.
Probably just work around the house. Unless you got a car all ready for me to come sit in ? ;)

In keeping up with the flow I have to say that on DragRaceResults the owner started a thread about women from all forms of motorsports. It has 2258 pics and there have been 688214 clicks to enjoy it!!! I agree with Mr. Wahl ! I met Mikey M. when we moved to Ga. and always found him to be a great guy with something good to say about everyone and always ready to lend a hand to a fellow racer......
