Re: maple grove
Slightly off topic , but is anyone else experiencing the Divisional websites being blocked due to a trojan by Malwarebytes ?

Re: maple grove
Sorry Tom but they all come right up for me. You may have an issue.

Must be something in Malwarebytes last update that does not like the link off the NHRA Competition page. |

I also run Malwarebytes along with a premium firewall service from eero, my web wifi provider. Not sure which service was blocking it. |

Re: maple grove
Maple Grove Lucas Oil event will be held on Sept 25th to the 27th in place of the Dutch Classic weekend. This was just announced on the D1 Facebook site. They are still hopeful for the LODRS ar Numidia to go off in June.

Re: maple grove
If the Divisional race is rescheduled for the weekend of the Dutch; I am hoping that Maple Grove would combine the 2 races the same as National Trail is doing for the D3 race and the Sportsnationals in July. The D3 race is July 16 and 17; and the Sportsnationals is July 18 and 19. Maple Grove could have the D1 race Sept. 24 and 25; and the Dutch Sept. 26 and 27. It makes perfect sense to me; tell me if I am missing something.

Re: maple grove
Bill,
I think right now the hope is to just get some D1 races in, the opens are a nice added bonus for revenue but, the main thing is to get the D1 Lucas Races in especially since the Opens don't carry any points structures anymore and just grade points. With the way things are going here in the Northeast we will probably be lucky to start racing by July with limited car counts allowed in the gate. Tracks will be looking to do what they can to try to get some revenue in the door with Test & Tunes, Private Track Rentals, Etc. so they don't have to pay back. |
Re: maple grove
With all the opens getting cancelled in D1 it'll be hard to get many grade points. Crossing the border into Canada is a no go due to Covid restrictions too so far. No Atco open or Dutch Classic. Really going to be tough

Re: maple grove
The N.H.R.A. should wave grade point requirements for the 2021 season. First come, first serve.
|
Re: maple grove
The 2019 grade points should just carry over for next year.
