Type F, Valvoline if you can find it. Last few years I’ve been using Pennzoil or Mobile, no issues.

I have used ATI and also the ATI lightweight (20W) in my low HP Jeep 904. Works fine!

Yes and I have good luck with it so far but not too many runs.

However my son run Walmart Type F in his Drag Week car and it seems to work fine.

I have used both ATI and regular Type F. Never saw a difference. I would like to think that the ATI would hold up better to heat. I don’t run a trans cooler even though I should.

Wow. I changed mine last year after a couple years and probably 100 plus runs and felt like I wasted my money.

Thanks for the feedback on this subject, always learn something here. Thanks! I'm putting a car back together and used to use Amsoil in my 904's with aluminum pieces. I just wanted to see what others thought.

George Mirza I still have the trick Thermoquad items you made for me many years ago, and will continue to use them!

the Kevlar bands wear the aluminum drums, turned fluid gray, had to change fluid every race, switched to red band, with trans brake, reaction times went up as fluid turned grayer
