Re: Shifting on rpm or time
I thought only RPM was allowed?
Using "the transbrake release" to start a timed event seems defiant of current rules in Super Stock? |

You can shift by time if you use your wristwatch..

Re: Shifting on rpm or time
We always use RPM on our SS cars.
We do not wear watches. |

Re: Shifting on rpm or time
This switch will work without being hooked to the transbrake circuit. You can set it to see an rpm just above transbrake release and it will start a timer. Now I don't know whether it's legal or not though.

Re: Shifting on rpm or time
The rulebook says RPM activated shifters allowed. That indicates that shifting using time is not legal
