Congratulations to Jimmy Hildago Jr. on winning the World Championship.
I think most of us drive race cars, Cooter puts on a clinic every time he
stages. Jr. & Sr. put a lot of work into their program. Very smart people
and unbelievable driving, a tough combination to beat!!

The only kid I never beat! Watching him come up from Jr Dragster champ, moving into big cars at 15, almost hitting the wall at NPR on his first big car pass….

That’s two years in a row division IV cars won the Stock Championship. Last year Jerry Emmons and now Cooter Hidalgo.
