Global Warming is climate, Weather is something totally different. Weather refers to short term atmospheric conditions while Climate is the weather of a specific region averaged over a long period of time. Climate change refers to long-term changes.
I've lived here for 66 years. In my youth mom and dad gave us ice skates and snow sleds for Christmas. The ponds froze over months at a time and kids LIVED on them..Now we get little spurts of bad weather. It will be cold and in a flash it will be gone. It's gonna be in the 40's here middle of next week, but it's cold as blue balls right now. It didn't used to be like that. All our Blue Spruce Christmas trees died from too wet a climate. We had 10 that lined our driveway. They all died, with the eventual death of all in the Ohio region.The tree gets "needle drop" where the top 1/4 of the tree turns brown and drops its needles. In a year or two their dead. within a few years all in this State will be dead.In the 50'and 60's the Blue Spruce was the Christmas tree of choice as artificial trees were not popular, or even invented. Millions were planted after being used for Christmas decorations.These trees were originally brought over here (Ohio) from the lower Colorado mountain ranges as those two climates at the time were very similar. Now, its entirely too wet,and too humid for them to survive. Earth's climate has always been'a changin. The issue is what has always taken thousands of years to change has somehow changed in 50. And in another 50 good luck ! We'll all be gone by then so our grandkids will be the ones to sort it out. What caused all this is up for discussions and arguments, but what is happening is not.

We can not change the evolution of the earth. No matter what we do you can't change how the earth will evolve. It's all a natural process. So all the electric vehicles aren't doing a thing to help. In fact if you bother to investigate how batteries are made it's the exact opposite of helping the environment along with buying gas and oil outside of the USA. My two cents.

In my lifetime half of the world's wildlife have been wiped off the face of the earth.
Fact is that the rate we are polluting the habitats and the oceans constitutes a mass extinction right now,
it's the sixth in the earth's history but it's not too late to do something about it.

The Moku'āweoweo caldera volcano in Hawaii has been very active lately.

The Suns solar flare activity is high at this time, why it is a good year for the Aurora Borealis up north

Electric Vehicles might make you feel good but not the answer.

If I destroy my lifestyle, and pay higher taxes, prices, and fees, the weather will get gooder........


The government can't solve any other problems, but higher taxes will allow it to change the weather........

While in college pursuing my engineering degree, I took a part-time job in the Geology lab preparing fossil, rock, and mineral samples.
The department had some well-known Vulcanologists and Geologists, therefore I took a few general geology classes as electives.

During one of the class sessions, there were a few tree-hugger-type students, that even still dressed as hippies. We were discussing oil exploration, climate, and more. One of the female students stood up to protest oil and mineral drilling, and its effects on climate, weather, and more.

The professor asked her if she had periods. She said "Yes" and what did it have to do with climate? The professor told her that the earth was just like a woman that underwent periods. The flow varies and the mood is always changing! Everyone in the class burst out laughing except her. If that was to happen today, they would probably fire the professor!
