Yea, I doubt to see any changes, but if they keep it the same I would expect to see Piedmont on top of my graduation...

Just a quick question....WTF is up with IHRA this year? I have already turned in my vacc request for next year! This is the first time in 7 years I haven't had the IHRA schedule in time for it! Soooo.....looks like I'm going to run all NHRA races.....March Mem. April indy May norwalk not a thing in June! July looks like col. & maybe stanton....Aug. bowling green September col. Oct. atlanta. & indy fall classic.....MORE then enough races!!!!

WIR, Dakota Flat Track, Thunder Valley, and US 41 are all still IHRA tracks. And never say never. Many tracks switch back and forth between the sanctioning bodies over the years. And Byron is not what I would call a Div. 3 track. You hardly supported races even when gas was cheap. Alex and Tony did a phenomenal job helping to promote those races. I do feel that disbanding the Div. for one year took a major toll on it. You'd never have a "northern Div. 9", in the midwest because you don't have that many tracks close together, and you don't have the population density. Besides, we've only got 5 races, all of which are singles. |

Piedmont is going to be the first week of June this year. Racers BLOCK PARTY Friday with BBQ, Chicken and a Band. Yea we are going to have a party and a race will break out.

Herb ya know I'm setting here with my IHRA renewal.....I was thinking of just putting it in the trash BUT..like I said elsewhere I don't have a single race N June........a block party ya say???......chicken fry???? any chance of a wet T shirt contest????!!....I love to go south ;)

Now Greg, I have 2 kids 8 and 13 by then....I'm divorced, I would be dead if I let that go on and my XWIFE found out. Lets keep it to BBQ, Chicken and either a band, DJ or Karoke. The cool thing it's all free!!!!!!!

Greg - there's a Hooters right up the road in Burlington. About 10% of the time that I call Herb, that's where he is. (Just working on track promotions, of course)

Actually I was there last night helping raise money for a girl who is 26 with a rare form of Cancer. We helped raise 7k with a silent auction, donation and bake sale. They also assembled 80 bikes in the parking lot then they needed someone to deliver them today, Well you guessed it I volunteered my trailer and my8 year old son a I took 53 bikes in my trailer to Christmas Cheer of Burlington. You will hear more about this group next September at Piedmont as what they do is very nice. So Beard YES I do hang out at Hooters with my GirlFriend, she wont let me go alone. :)

My son helped me unload the bikes at the place in Burlington, he is the quiet one, he asked me when we left: "Why dont we just go Christmas Shopping at that store" This place has been in business for 80 years in Burlington and work with a total volunteer staff and supply gifts and food for tons of people who cant afford it at Christmas. She gave me the back room tour and they verify every lead they get to make sure the claims are real. Imagine someone would screw one of these places.
