Is anyone else having a problem with signing into NHRA TV? It worked fine for two years. Now since they changed the format when I go to sign in the screen turns white. It works on my computer but not my TV

While I have had some minor issues with the new provider, signing in has not been one of them.

I would email support@nhra.tv.

They will respond, but in my experience not as quickly as in the past.

Thanks for the reply Bill. I contacted them Three times in the last two weeks and was no help at all, now he won't even respond.

Not good!

I expressed my concern that they were understaffed and asked them to pass that along to NHRA management and they said they would. Not holding my breath. I don't know if support is US or based or in England.

I don't know what is going on as I dropped my subscription to any pay per view services NHRA is offering quite a few years back. But ,with that being said it seems that this has been an ongoing problem for A LONG time. It's either hit or miss and a lot of times its miss.Since they don't seem to be in a rush to solve the situation I quit trying to play along with their game so I dropped out . Maybe if enough either complained or cancelled they might get their act together but I'm not overly optimistic about that ever happening. FED 387

I have been a subscriber since it first come out.

Actually I think every year it has gotten better and at its worst in my opinion it was better than nothing. The ability to watch every round of Stock and Super Stock is great.

For me it works fine 99+% of the time and I think the actually quality of the broadcast this year is better than ever.

However like has been mentioned above so far support has been disappointing and hopefully that will improve.

Tried to sign in today and it won't let me in - says email or password is incorrect .Worked great yesterday ..........Hmmmmmmm - now what .

I would see if you can reset your password.

If that does not work support@nhra.tv is about all you can do.

Hopefully they will get back soon.

On one hand the squeaky wheel gets the grease. But on the other if too many of us just quit paying for it. Knowing how NHRA can be with their decision making. They’ll drop it instead of putting money into it to make it better. It’s frustrating but I saw somewhere. That they are training more people so that they can cover multiple races on the same weekend. So they are trying to make it better.

Other than renewing my subscription I don't remember anything special.

My Apple products had already downloaded new software. I did not need to do anything special on the Windows 10 computer that I use to watch a lot of the time.

I got a mass mailing from NHRA that had my discount code for renewal.

The only snag I had was that my credit card denied my first renewal attempt, probably because it came from England. The sent me a text and after I told them it was okay the renewal went through okay.

Thanks Bill, It comes in fine on my computer, but not on my Samsung TV. Maybe NHRA will get back to me.

My 2022 account expired in March 2023. I was able to watch the Gators and Phoenix then I had to pay to renew. I used the NHRA promo code. It worked perfectly. I was able to watch the events on my I phone and TV. All of a sudded the TV screen went blank and a rotating circle appeared in the middle of the screen. The TV service stopped and wouldn't let me back in. Then my I phone did the same thing. I tried to log back in and the NhraTV sight says "FORBIDDEN". I'm unable to get a contact phone # or an EM contact. Any help would be appreciated. Worse come to worse I'll contact my CC company and dispute the charge. Chuck Stubeck SS/FA 718

I had a few times when I got the "spinning circle" it could fix it be refreshing the screen.

Sounds like you have something else going on.

Is it me or is the NHRA the biggest F--KING joke to deal with about renewing your membership for NHRA.TV ?

My renewal was easy and seamless. I got way more important issues I
would like to discuss with NHRA than TV.
