"Live From" Gainesville Raceway 2024
 

Hey guys,

Yeah I'm a week early and we are racing at the NMRA Spring Break Shootout in Gainesville. It was a no brainier to hit this race before the Baby Gator and the National. I will have some photos for you, knowing that its not what your all are interested in, but I will try to find cars that may be of interest.

For anyone heading down here early, they are stacking in the normal area. There are about 30 rigs. The weather has been nice the last few days, but the clouds are moving in today and we expect rain. The rest of the weekend looks nice. I'll be back... enjoy the rolling into video.

Hey Ken you have a card that saves you that saves you 50 cents a gallon what card is that also like to know what camera you have in all thanks in advance

Mud Flap is a good source for less expensive diesel, notice “still not cheap”. But it only shows stations that you can pull in with a big rig.? Easier to plan your fuel stops with.

I have had TSD/OpenRoads for a few years now. Absolutely no reason not to if you have an RV.

You can usually find a smaller mom & pop station that will have fuel for a similarly-low price, but it just gives you way more options for getting that price.

Sometimes there is a minor inconvenience of needing to process the card at the fuel desk rather than just swiping at the pump.

No real class for me here. I'm racing bracket 2 which is like pro at the local track. Its 1/8 mile, but its a full tree. Other classes I could run use a pro tree, but I would rather hit the full tree, need all the practice I can get.

Hey guys, Sunday and the racing is over for the NMRA. I only had to go 4 rounds for $1200 and couldn't get it done. Anyway here is the stacking area, parking starts Tuesday.

Good morning everyone, well we start a new season and its good to be back with the "Live From". Parking went smooth for the most part. Randy and crew did a great job getting everyone in and parked in about 3 hours. If you got after 3:30, there was no wait, just roll in. I did see one rig get stuck, but he was out and pit control found him a nice spot.

I will have a video later riding through pits, and hoping to get a in car camera from testing today. Test and tune starts at 9am and runs to 6pm.

Good morning all, Its a cloudy cool morning. Stock will be out at 8:30 for round one of class. Weather numbers are below, I don't expect them to change much for the first round of Class. As you can see from the second qualifying shot on DRC many are not concerned about future HP increase on their combo.

Good morning folks, its not raining but it did rain early morning and more rain is forecast for today. Stock was to run first rd at 8:30, who knows when or if we will get a round in today. As soon I know something I will report back.

Good morning guys, Super Street has been called to the lanes followed by Stock rd 2. The weather for today looks like we might finish. It is cloudy but the forecast looks pretty good.
