Keizer Wheels
Anybody have any experience with Keizer wheels? American made, look popular in drag radial bead lock type applications.

Re: Keizer Wheels
I've got them on both my cars and I love them, you absolutely cannot beat the look, quality, and service for the money. My Mazda has a single beadlock 15x12 w/ 2.5 inch back spacing and my stocker has a 15x9. They are three piece wheels so centers are interchangeable as well as the inner and outer barrel.

Re: Keizer Wheels
My race car is in for body work & paint. So, I haven't made time to have tires mounted on them yet.
We are going to mount our Pro Bracket Radials on the rear & try the M/T radial front runners below. I don't have any races scheduled until the end of Sept. I will pass along info as I get it. https://i.imgur.com/J6rXir1.jpg |
Re: Keizer Wheels
Very good looking wheel.

Re: Keizer Wheels
We had some fitment issues mounting the M/T PBRs to the double beadlock rims today. I took some measurements & called Keizer. Depending on the tire manufacturer there are different thicknesses of beads. I happened to have the thicker ones. They are sending spacer rings to correct the issue, free of charge.

Re: Keizer Wheels
I just receive a pair of Verbrands. 15x9, very nice looking wheels. I had Roy (D1 Hoosier guy) mount and balance a pair of 30x9 radials on them. No problem and they balanced up good. Ill see how they work when I put them on. American made, good quality and reasonably priced. How can you beat that.

Re: Keizer Wheels
A very good friend has had 15x14 SBL rears and skinnies on his 2015 tube chassis Camaro, BBC, 5.40 bracket car, and has had ZERO issues.
And, they look great.... mfr in Alton, Iowa. Clark |

Update to our Keizer wheels:
While we haven't hit the track with them yet, but hopefully at the end of this month. The wheels/tires are mounted & installed on the car. We have one rear wheel or tire that's leaking air about 9 lbs. over 2 weeks. I'm assuming it's from the beadlocks, but have to check them. The tires were previously mounted on Weld Racing non-beadlock wheels with no leakage. The front wheels are good, but I had to replace a new front tire that had a small bulge in the sidewall. No issue with the replacement tire. |
Re: Keizer Wheels
We raced the new wheels this past weekend & the new radial front runners,
no issues. Plenty of compliments on their looks & not being the mainstream wheels that most are using. https://i.imgur.com/C2YnHWJ.jpg |
Re: Keizer Wheels
Nice! I put mine on a few weeks ago. Fit perfectly, hold air well, run nice and true. Look pretty good also. A good quality, reasonably priced American made product. How can you beat that!

Re: Keizer Wheels
I thought I had mentioned that Keizer or Moser stated when I bought my double beadlocks. That I might have to go to smaller diameter rotor with matching caliper bracket to clear the caliper when using double beadlocks with 15" rims.
Just for information, I had no issues with the Moser calipers clearing the rim & have plenty of room. I did buy the smaller diameter kit but like stated it wasn't required for our set-up. |
