Most of us on the west coast prefer Bullet.

Ive had some tool steel DLC lifters on order from PPPC for a while. This stock motor build has been an experience to say the least.

17 months for mine but I didn’t really notice because the car was in paint at the same time and that was 21 months.

You guys might want to look at Rocketman Coatings for cam and lifter coating. Never been a fan of DLC to begin with.

Since I've been fairly tied up recovering from cancer and treatment, my stuff is in pieces. However, I have seen the test results, the data, and some parts that have been coated and run. I have also spoken with some well known racers, who use some well known engine builders, everyone is satisfied. Unlike the experiences I've seen with expensive DLC coatings, that are often impossible to get. I am not going to "drop names", that's not how I do things.

His coatings will be going in an engine I'm building in the next 60 days, and in at least two engines I'm involved with personally.

Rocketman has a picture of our '67 Camaro with my name removed from the door. We do not use his stuff.

I have a set of lifters I got from Rocky many years ago, I have used them on 2 different cams with zero problems. I will be having another set (solid lifter) done soon.

The car belongs to Duzac and myself, so why did you remove my name from the car in the picture on your website?

About 14 or 15 years ago we had a set of coated wrist pins from you.
We haven't used any of your coatings since then.
