2023 season kicks off this weekend May 6-7
 

With Winter finally loosening it's icy grip on us, that means that the 2023 MCR Summer Tour season is about to begin! 🙂

The 2023 season kicks off this coming weekend, May 6-7, at historic Thunder Valley Dragway near Marion, South Dakota. This events primary sponsor is Iverson Auto in Mitchell, South Dakota. Mitchell has long been a hotbed of talented drag racers and Iverson Auto has always been a solid part of that racing community.

Besides MCR's traditional two races per weekend (Saturday and Sunday), this weekend offers two chances for the race winners to get an invitation to the annual Race Of Champions at Rock Falls in June, sponsored by Charlie Abdouch's Midwest Factory Finishes company.

Keep an eye on the Thunder Valley and MCR Facebook pages for the run schedule for the weekend. We'll also update info on Class Racer as we get a bit closer. Safe travels and we'll see you at Thunder Valley this weekend! 🙂
