The car could well be west coast racer Richard Clark's former SS car...was for sale for some time across the street from Jackson SC "house of hook" dragsrip...right next to Jake Sealey's place...had two complete powertrains-engines-transmissions lots of stuff etc. had "heard" it was sold...NEVER re-surfaced racing...IF it's dark blue (pretty fresh paint)...would say that's the car possibly...:):):)

Always watch Everett or his son run theirs, such a great little platform; for a skinny motor anyway.

that's FINE... ALL good...after Kip's passing...car was involved in some sad/ugly monetary issues...with car ownership (!) being taken possession of as a result...of course that has NO bearing on quality of the car...Kip was good "cat" to me always...for a long time...NOT to be forgotten...car by today's "standards"...surely a bit long in the tooth...lol...NOT having been up-dated/raced for years...a "bad jose" for sure...years ago...!!! :):):)

Hoping to bring the car back out in a competitive state in 2020.

Drake Jim M. in Kentucky has it again The one missing is Mark Tallent old car. What happened to the 1 you got from Richard? Richard & Timerman had 2 at one time.

Hey Everett...yikes we need a quality GPS to track these rascals !!!...our 3-pedal early Mustang (Johnson/Timmerman) was sold to Larry Bailey & his brother in West Virginia...in '80-'81...it's my understanding car sat outside for years (may still be)...to best of my knowledge...NEVER run again...sad...Larry seemed like for sure going to continue to race it...Nazy Crate (Nate Cohen) had just freshened the motor with/for us...so package was fresh...think maybe the former Mark Tallent car is owned by Ohio's John Stock (not 100% sure) AC Cobra SS folks ...purchased off e-bay a few years ago...!!!:):):):

The engine in it now was bought from John Stock who got it from Ed Fabian.
