NWCR Races #4 & #5 September 17-18
 

NWCR will be limited by Woodburn Track Management to 30 cars for our September 17-18 races at Woodburn Dragstrip. Some of those spaces will be reserved for cars in the top 10 in NWCR points or have attended the 3 previous races. If you want to attend we need a FIRM commitment that you will be there. The following items will be awarded at NWCR races 4 & 5 at Woodburn Dragstrip.

Arlyn Staiger of Access Performance Parts has donated two 5 gallon pails of VP C-11 race gas.

Dan Hutchins of Hutchins Performance Automotive Machine & Welding in Portland has donated 2 gift certificates redeemable for $150 in services at their shop.

Northwest Class Racers - Races #4 & #5
Location: Woodburn Dragstrip, Woodburn, Oregon
Test-n-Tune: Friday, September 16. NWCR will have its own lane.
Friday Parking from 12 noon - 8 pm / Test & Tune 2 PM- 7 PM.
Race dates: September 17-18, 2022. Gates open 8 AM each day.

Gate Fees: $35 for car and driver each day on Sept 17-18
Friday Test-n-Tune: $60

Race entry fee of $150 cash per race payable at the NWCR trailer in the pits.
All payouts guaranteed by Northwest Class Racers:
Winner: $2,000, Runner-up: $1,000
Round Money: $100/round win starting with first round
Scales will be open and manned by Woodburn staff. All NWCR cars will be weighed.

These are the final 2 races of the NWCR 2022 season. Besides the 2 races, the season championship will be decided on this weekend. Who will win the big trophy? Come race with us and help determine the outcome and your place in the top 10.

Just got home from Woodburn. Those that missed this event lost out on a lot of fun.

Todd Gale (I/SA 70 Camaro) won on Saturday and Matt Kielman (G/SA 69 Camaro) won on Sunday. Congrats to the winners and thanks to everyone who made the trek and helped us all have fun all weekend.

Mark Faul (GT/MA 66 El Camino) was r/u on Saturday and Rick Green (O/SA 94 Mustang) was r/u on Sunday. Way to go guys.
