Hey Lee!
Was thinking about Justin this AM as a matter of fact. Told Tom how his surgery was today and that he was out racing last weekend!! When we were selling decals, people at the track didn't believe me that he was going to go racing prior to his surgery!! Told them that is how he is - nothing stops him!!
This won't either!!
Let him know he is in our thoughts and prayers!!!

Re: Justin's Surgery Today

Justins surgery went well. It took about 5 hours. It's 3:30 now and we are waiting for them to get him to a private room. They had to take a half of the kidney rather than the third they expected. When they got in there they found about 30 sists that they removed along with the tumor although the sists are not cancerous. In not knowing what the other kidney has on it they may have to remove the whole other kidney. The doctor also said that eventually he would probably have to have dialysis and a possibility of a kidney transplant later on. It will be about 6 to 7 weeks before the other surgery. The half of the kidney that is left he said it looks good. Please keep him in your prayers as he has a long road ahead of him. He is on the 3rd floor East of the Roy Carver pavilion. Not sure what room yet. Will keep you posted as we find out things

Justin,

You will be in my prayers. I will have an Old Style while I'm playing cornhole in Norwalk. (Assuming I can find someone that drinks that swill!)
